About

University of Health Sciences was established at the Mekteb-i Tıbbiye-i Şâhâne (Imperial School of Medicine) building in Haydarpaşa, Istanbul, with the mission of serving as a bridge "Between the Past and the Future," in accordance with its founding mission. The University continues its educational and training activities at the Hamidiye Campus (Istanbul) and the Gülhane Campus (Ankara) within Türkiye, as well as at the Somalia Campus, the Sudan Campus, the Uzbekistan Campus, the Syria (Çobanbey) Campus, the Philippines (Bangsamoro) Campus, the Palestine (Jerusalem) Campus, the TRNC Campus, the Bosnia-Herzegovina Campus, and the Kyrgyzstan Campus abroad.

Within the scope of clinical practices, the Training and Research Hospitals affiliated with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health carry out healthcare delivery and research activities through Affiliation (Joint Use) in accordance with the supplementary Article 9 of the Basic Law on Health Services No. 3359. The Training and Research Hospitals with which our University has signed a Joint Use Protocol also hold the status of Health Practice and Research Centers of the University.

Under the Joint Use protocol, the number of Training and Research Hospitals dedicated for the use of our students and academicians is 69 in total, with 28 located in Istanbul, 12 in Ankara, and 29 in other provinces across the country.

University of Health Sciences Technology Development Zone Health Technopark Inc. (Teknopol Istanbul) and the Technology Development Center Ankara (TEKMER), which were established by our University to conduct studies and provide consultancy services in various fields such as health, medical, software, food industry, domestic pharmaceutical production, medical design and patent affairs, and Traditional Medicine, continue their activities.
